Bar, Lounges & Terrace
The Baroque Bar and its sisters the Venetian Lounge and the Library Lounge are found in the original C18th core of GreyFriars.
The atmosphere is one of a private member’s club, with solid woods, leather, velvet and granite and two open fires providing a most comfortable and discreet venue for socialising or informal business occasions. The main room opens out on to a large terrace which is a perfect place to be in good weather. We offer a selection of vintage and non-vintage champagnes and wines and a much admired cocktail menu - a combination of classic and contemporary cocktails - made with an absolute passion and from the finest ingredients. If you fancy something to eat with your drinks, there is a tempting bar menu offering a range of lighter snacks or perhaps a GreyFriars Steak Burger or Lounge Afternoon Tea. Open 7 days a week, from 10 a.m.
